The Naranjo Museum of Natural History here in Lufkin, TX will be hosting an Artifact Identification Weekend on Saturday and Sunday November 16th & 17th from 1:00pm to 6:00pm. During the weekend, visitors will be able to bring fossils, objects they have found, artifacts, rocks, arrowheads and other historical items to be identified by museum representatives. *Identification is free with standard museum admission. *RSVP by emailing Veronica Amoe at veronica@naranjomuseum.org.
