For every 3' x 5' tattered, torn or badly faded U. S. flag brought in between 1 PM & 5 PM get a new one compliments of the American Legion Auxiliary #113, then at 6 PM the VFW #1836 will have a formal Flag Retirement and disposal ceremony.
