Adopt-a-Family for Christmas

The Family Crisis Center’s Adopt-a-Family program will be in full swing until Dec. 12! Make Christmas brighter for abused women, men and children by adopting a family and delivering unwrapped gifts and wrapping supplies to the Lufkin administrative office by Dec. 11. There are still families waiting to be adopted. Adopting a family is a great way for businesses and organizations to give back to the community as a group during the holidays. Donations of unexpired, non-perishable foods are also greatly appreciated at this time. If unable to adopt an entire family, we are still able to accept single unopened items such as toy trucks, dinosaurs, Legos, dolls, Barbies, plush toys, Play-Doh, small backpacks, soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, makeup, body spray, nail polish, art supplies, XL hoodies, flashlights, towels, candles, blankets, gloves, silverware and purses.
