Blue Sunday

Blue Sunday is an awareness campaign for abused and neglected children during Child Abuse Awareness Month (April). A large portion of children in foster care come from homes where abuse or neglect are present. TBHC Foster Care & Adoption will be participating alongside several churches on April 26th and hope that you will join us. Ways to participate in Blue Sunday: *Encourage your congregation to wear BLUE on Sunday, April 26, 2026. *Show a video provided by TBHC Foster Care and Adoption. *Hand out cards of children waiting to be adopted. *Pray with your congregation. *Provide a table with additional information about TBHC for members who may want to know more or get involved. Please join us in praying for the following: *Safety for children in the midst of abuse. *Courage for victims escaping their circumstances. *Christ-centered individuals to aid in healing process. *Emotional and Physical healing for victimized children in foster care. *Adults to stand up and become foster or adoptive parents for children coming out of abuse. *TBHC staff and families to be steadfast in prayer as we serve those affected by abuse.
