Distracted driving is a dangerous epidemic on America’s roadways. In 2013, the number of Texas crashes involving distracted driving totaled 94,943, up 4 percent from the previous year. The message is simple: if you’re on the road, stay off the phone! The Texas Municipal Police Association has teamed up with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to present a free Distracted Driving course to Texas drivers. Together we can make Texas’ roads a safer place
to drive on!
