Benefitting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, a food drive is taking place at the Janelle Grum Family Crisis Center of East Texas through March 31st! There is a high need for unexpired, non-perishable items as listed: pastas, snack foods, cookies, muffins, trail mix, tomato products, chili, sloppy joe mix, canned peas, canned beans, tuna, canned chicken, syrup, peanut butter, Kool-Aid, and inexpensive plastic food storage containers.
Items can be dropped off at multiple offices, depending on your location. The Lufkin Administrative and Outreach office is located at 2401 Davisville Rd. Call Mallory Harris with any Lufkin drop-off or drive-related questions at (936) 639-1681 or by email mharris@fccet.com, or other office locations have their address and phone number listed in the flyer!
If you wish to donate but do not want to shop, a QR code is listed wherein food products can be purchased and sent right to the emergency shelter and survivors in need!
