We’re excited to officially share the first Leadership Lufkin Alumni Association event of 2026, and we couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the new year than gathering together over coffee and conversation.
This morning gathering will set the tone for an exciting new chapter for LLAA as we reconnect, recharge, and refocus on what it means to lead with purpose. Our theme for the morning is Leading with Intention, exploring how intentional leadership shows up at work, at home, and throughout our community.
We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Ty Cauthen (Leadership Lufkin Class 38) as our guest speaker. Ty will share insights on reconnecting with your “why,” building genuine connections, and carrying intentional leadership beyond the start of the new year.
This event is designed to be casual, energizing, and meaningful as a chance to caffeinate, connect, and cultivate community with fellow alumni.
