We are excited to announce that St. Patrick Catholic School is partnering with FACTS to offer ACE Scholarships to financially eligible families to help with tuition costs for the 2022-2023 school year! ACE?s mission is to provide children with equal access to quality schools through privately funded scholarships. This is open to the community for new enrollments for Kindergarten-8th Grade for St. Patrick Catholic School.
To apply for this scholarship, visit:https://online.factsmgt.com/grant-aid/inst/4NGDB/landing-page. You will create a username and password by clicking ?Create Your Account? at the top right corner. Your completed application is due no later than April 30th. Any applications received after April 30 will be automatically denied.
To complete the application you will need the following:
?2021 1040 Tax Form
?Social Security, Disability, Housing Allowance, Food Stamps, Child Support Documentation, and/or any documentation fir additional sources of income that aren?t reported on your 1040.
*Applications will not be considered complete and cannot be reviewed until you have submitted the documentation listed above. If you need help uploading your forms, we are happy to help you in the School Office. Please schedule an appointment with Mrs. Traci Helm to help you upload your documentation.
We don?t know how many scholarships our campus will be awarded, so time is of the essence for you to apply. Our school will be notified if you are awarded a scholarship, and the money will come directly to the school. Disclaimer: Applicants are NOT guaranteed a scholarship by completing this form.
