Recovery in the Park

Recovery in the Park is designed to encourage those community members struggling with, or recovering from, alcohol or drug addiction. It is a safe place for the entire family to come and experience love, hope and help. The event will kick-off with a warmup mini-Zumba class with Changing Lives instructors, Rudy Flores and Justin Zumba, followed by a 5K run on the Azalea Trail. The entry fee for the 5K is $20 and proceeds go to the Mosaic Center. The rest of the day will be open to the general public and all activities are FREE. There will be a petting zoo, rock wall, and pony rides for the kiddos. Free food and drinks. Please come and help us encourage those who are in need.
