Sexual Assault Awareness Month Event

The Family Crisis Center of East Texas commemorates the start of Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April with its ‘Spark a Conversation’ campaign to highlight how to talk about sexual assault and help raise public awareness of the extent of this crime.
To spark a conversation about sexual assault in Angelina County, the agency is hosting an awareness event Thursday, April 7 at 12 p.m. at the Angelina County Farmer’s Market, located at 2107 S. Medford Dr., in Lufkin. Lunch is provided.
