Join our growing roofing company! We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy team member who can help keep our office running smoothly while using modern technology and AI systems to improve efficiency, customer service, and company growth.
✅ Job Type: Full-time (In person)
🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
❌ No weekends
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Tech-savvy + comfortable learning AI/software systems
• Scheduling for sales personnel
• Customer communication & coordination
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Open to training and learning new systems
• Help create/manage video & social media content
• Assist with FAQs, blogs, and website updates
• Use AI platforms and modern tools to improve workflow
• Help with AI-assisted website coding/design updates
Experience:
• Customer service: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Computer/software experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Experience with AI tools, content creation, or websites is a plus
•Bilingual (Preferred)
