Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences - Manage and coordinate staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the restaurant - Collaborate with General Manager to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications: - Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is required - Strong knowledge of food service management, including front of house and kitchen management - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Experience with shift management and working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions and inventory management - Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards - Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail and accuracy
