Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, contributing to a positive customer experience. Agents will be receiving inbound calls from customers who have recently experienced a first notice of loss to their property from natural causes or are calling in to check the status on existing claims.
We are looking for people who show empathy, can multi-task, and have wonderful customer service skills.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all customer interactions are logged in the system.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in computer systems and data entry
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
