This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Director located in Lufkin, TX, with some work from home acceptable. The Executive Director will oversee the planning and execution of creative events, manage partnerships, and lead community engagement initiatives. Responsibilities also include strategic planning, fundraising, budgeting, and reporting to the board of directors. The Executive Director will ensure alignment with the organization's mission and goals, fostering a vibrant arts and culture community.
Qualifications
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community engagement and partnership management
- Knowledge of arts and culture industry and event planning
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business Administration, or related field a plus
- Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus
