At Speaker Orthodontics, the Patient Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first interaction with our practice to the completion of their treatment. This role goes beyond traditional scheduling; it’s about fostering connections, managing patient journeys, and ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints. As the face and voice of the practice, the Patient Success Manager holds themselves to the highest standard of professionalism, efficiency, and patient-centered care. You must be willing to travel to both of our offices in Nacogdoches and Lufkin.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all patient communications, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Build strong relationships with patients, fostering trust and loyalty through consistent, clear, and empathetic communication.
- Address patient concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution to any issues.

- Confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and reschedule as necessary to maintain a full and efficient schedule.
- Work closely with Treatment Coordinators, Clinical Assistants, and the Financial Team to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Proactively manage patient journeys, ensuring no patient falls through the cracks.
- Monitor patient progress and follow up as needed to ensure timely treatment and high satisfaction.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
