Summary/Objective

The Program Support Representative role is to assist the company in responding to applicants in support of accomplishing the client’s goals and objectives. This position will work closely with all divisions within the department to achieve the company’s V/TO (Vision/Traction Organizer) goals. This role will be responsible for processing application-related documents and answering inquiries to ensure business requirements are achieved. The Program Support Representative’s decision quality has a significant impact on the applicant’s potential award amount for the educational assistance programs. The individual in this role must make full use of available technology, tools, and resources to maximize efficiency. Initiative and Outward Mindset are two behaviors that are vital and should be consistently displayed.

Key Responsibilities • Document Processing – The ability to ensure all application documents are processed per the client’s business requirements. o Ability to properly store or input documentation into a software system o Maintain the integrity of documents by reviewing and validating as necessary o Develop and maintain document retrieval to support efficient system usage o Provide administrative task assistance inclusive of research and data entry

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Detail-oriented • Ability to work well cross-divisional within the department • Maintain adequate knowledge of all internal software and systems • Written and verbal communication • Adaptability, as well as skills in dealing with uncertainties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
