Who we are: We have multiple offices in the East Texas area with our main offices in Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Lake Sam Rayburn, and Tyler Texas. We are a proven model that uses the Keller Williams tools and systems to help agents elevate their skills to become top producing agents in our market.
Our sales agents net $50K-$150K in their first full year with us and can double that in their second year and beyond. Our successful sales agents come from varying backgrounds - former sales reps, school teachers, tech startups, athletics, military veterans, college students, administrative professionals, retail managers, etc.

- 100% Commission job, no floor or ceiling on the amount of money you can make, also a profit share piece that you can gain income as you help company grow.

- Prospect and lead generate through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses, and more.
- Represent buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions
- Foster client relationships
- Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues, and coordinate with third party entities
- Texas state licensing classes are free if applicant is not a licensed realtor yet.
- Must have high moral and ethical standards, want to have fun and work hard in an upbeat work enviorment.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
