$5,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid in two installments of $2,500 based on continuous employment:
- $2,500 after six (6) months
- $2,500 after one (1) year
Employee must remain actively employed and in good standing on each applicable payout date to be eligible for the installment.

What You'll Do
Adhere to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, Board of Nursing rules, and all applicable regulations
Provide comprehensive nursing care using assessments, diagnoses, and individualized care plans
Provides effective communication to the patient, family, team members, and other healthcare professionals as evidenced by clinical notes, case conferences, and communication notes. Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
Documents care timely by meeting agency's standards of submission of documentation.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
Certifications: Current ACLS or BLS certification.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting preferred;
Skills & Requirements: Experience performing heart, lung, and full physical assessments preferred; Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
