Customer Service Representative & Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative & Support Specialist to join our team.  In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also offering technical support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, resolving issues, and solving technical challenges in a friendly, professional manner. 
 
Location: Huntington, Texas
 
Requirements: 
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Proficient in Basic Computer Knowledge and Skills
• Be Able to Respond to Customer Inquiries via Phone, Email, Chat, or Other Communication Channels in a Timely,               Professional, and Courteous Manner. 
• Provide Troubleshooting Assistance for Technical Issues Related to Products or Services, Diagnosing Problems, and Offering Clear, Actionable Solutions. 
• Document Technical Issues, Solutions, and Customer Interactions in the Ticketing or CRM System. 
• Escalate Complex Technical Issues to Higher-Level Support or Engineering Teams as Necessary. 
• Participate in Training Sessions and Product Knowledge Updates to Continuously Improve Technical Expertise.
