Location: Nacogdoches, TX
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $16 per hr and up (DOE)

Position 1: IT Technician
As a IT Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing technical systems. A strong understanding of computer networking is essential, along with the ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair technical equipment
- Diagnose and resolve networking and system issues
- Work independently and think critically when facing challenges
- Continuously improve skills and stay updated with industry advancements
- Communicate professionally with clients while building personal trust
- Dress business casual and represent the company with integrity
As a IT Sales Representative, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. This role requires resilience, professionalism, and the ability to connect with customers while handling objections confidently.

- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions
- Maintain a professional yet personable approach in all client interactions
- Handle rejections gracefully and persist with a positive attitude
