About Us

Stephen F. Austin State University is excited about its newly launched Center for Professional and Continuing Education. The PACE center is designed to support the regional workforce of Deep East Texas and beyond in upskilling, reskilling, continuing education, and professional development needs by creating greater access to SFA’s educational resources and opportunities for non-degree seeking learners. The PACE center also offers opportunities for personal enrichment to our regional community members, alumni, and all others interested.

In addition to providing professional and continuing education paths for individual learners, PACE is also designed to assist our local and regional employers with workforce training. The center offers training and access to a large variety of in-demand, nationally-recognized certifications.
