About HOPE Community Medicine

Founded in 2003, HOPE Community Medicine is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients and families across Deep East Texas. We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to medically underserved communities while ensuring that no one is denied care because of their ability to pay.

What began as a small community clinic has grown into a multi-site healthcare organization offering comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, women’s health and OBGYN services, pediatrics, pharmacy services, and patient support programs. HOPE proudly serves individuals and families throughout East Texas with compassionate, patient-centered care designed to meet the needs of the communities we call home.

At HOPE, healthcare is more than a visit. It is about building relationships, earning trust, removing barriers, and helping patients live healthier lives. Through outreach, innovation, and a deep commitment to our community, HOPE continues to expand access to care for the people of Deep East Texas.
