Our Collision Consultants will greet you upon your first visit and get to know you, your vehicle, and your needs up front. They will answer your questions, and provide you with an accurate estimate on the spot.

You will be presented with a computer-generated estimate for the repair and our Collision Consultants will discuss with you how your insurance company handles claims as well schedule a time for the repairs. We work with most insurance companies.

In many cases, we offer Direct Repair Procedures (DRP)—meaning we are a “preferred provider” similar to a PPO physician. We pride ourselves on understanding the different procedures each insurance company uses to process its claims.

Repairs begin when it’s convenient for you. We can begin work quickly. Your Collision Consultant will provide you with a time frame for the delivery of your vehicle and you can check the status of your repair by phone or by e-mail. We will call you when your vehicle is ready for pick-up.
