PHCOL Diaper Day!
We’re pitching home run hits! Come learn about the GREAT programs we offer here at PHCOL and leave with some free diapers and cool baby swag! We serve families who are pregnant or parenting children up to 36 months of age. Appointments for Diaper Day are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. These appointments will fill up- call us today at 936-632-9292 to reserve your spot! Eligibility Requirements: •Expectant or Biological Parents of children up to 36 months of age. Moms and Dads both welcome. •First-time Diaper Day participants are given priority for appointment times. •Please bring proof of eligibility for each child. (i.e. birth certificate, shot record or Medicaid card.)
