Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One-year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities as specified.
- Computer skills necessary, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel) and web browsers.
- Associate Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proficient with Google Workspace tools like Docs, Sheets, and Drive to create, share, and manage work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will report to the Dean of Health Careers for job responsibilities and other College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving incoming calls and interoffice calls; relaying calls to appropriate staff and faculty.
- Receiving visitors and providing directions to appropriate personnel and offices.
- Receipt and sorting of mail and outgoing mail being prepared for delivery.
- Typing of various documents, including word documents, excel files, and publisher-type files.
- Scheduling of calendars for appointments, room reservations, and data entry of schedules into the portal.
- Compiling data and statistical information for reports and special projects as delegated by the Dean of the School of Health Careers.
- Maintaining files for students current and graduates as required by licensing and credentialing agencies.
- Assisting with preparation of admission and information sessions for various programs.
- Performing office support duties and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
$13.00 per hour in addition to excellent employee benefits. Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States must be verified for the successful candidate.
