The Retail Maintenance Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between store operations, maintenance, vendors and mgmt. to ensure retail facilities remain functional and well-maintained
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor alarms and enter work orders as needed.
Enter purchase orders as needed.
Process invoices for payment.
Prioritize and schedule the work order requests.
Determine whether or not to use outside resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent, two years’ experience in a similar office environment or position. Experience or familiarity with maintenance trades a plus but not required
