QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two years’ experience working with students in a secondary or higher education setting.
- Computer skills, Proficient with Google Workspace tools like Docs, Sheets and Drive as well as Microsoft Office Suite to create, share, and manage files.
Preferred:
- Degree in the field of disability services or assistive technology from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with students with disabilities.
- Proficient with Google Workspace tools like Docs, Sheets, and Drive to create, share, and manage work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will report to the Manager of Student Disability Services for job responsibilities and other College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Evaluate student applications and documentation and process requests for accommodations.
• Notify students, the Testing Center, and instructors of approved accommodations.
• Assign and maintain student accommodation attributes in Jenzabar.
• Track and maintain student data and records.
• Communicate with students receiving accommodations throughout the semester.
• Remain current on issues related to disability services.
• Recruit, select, and supervise notetakers for students with disabilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to all college and community constituents.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning by completing all required training, compliance courses, and professional development activities promptly and within established deadlines.
CONTRACT & SALARY:
$15.00/hour. Proof of identify and eligibility to work in the United States must be verified for the successful candidate.
