We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking CSR Dock Pickup in Lufkin. You will assist customers with pickups, answer phone inquiries, and maintain organized records. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Pay Rate: $8.50/hr
Type: Full-Time, Day Shift
Location: Lufkin
Saturdays: 1–2 Saturdays per month
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers during dock pickups
Verify order information and handle documentation
Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
Maintain organized records and a clean pickup area
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle customer inquiries
Familiarity with basic office equipment
