Production Laborer is crucial to the manufacturing process, working within a team-oriented environment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality handling of propane cylinders. This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting, stacking, and manual labor. The work is performed outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions, and involves repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
Responsibilities:
Refill, re-valve, requalify, refurbish, package, and store propane cylinders according to safety and quality standards
Clean, leak-test, and inspect each cylinder thoroughly before distribution
Ensure all cylinders meet safety regulations and pass quality checks
Handle cylinders weighing up to 40 lbs regularly, and up to 80 lbs when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and tolerate varying weather
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs as part of routine duties
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
30-40+ hours, Full Time, Various Shifts
Pay Rate: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
