$1,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid in two installments: $500 after six (6) months of continuous employment and the remaining $500 after one (1) year of continuous employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing on each payout date.

What You'll Do
Adhere to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, Board of Nursing rules, and all applicable regulations
Participates in planning and implementing care in partnership with the patient, representative (if any), caregiver(s), and the RN. Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
Provides effective communication to the patient, family, team members, and other healthcare professionals as evidenced by clinical notes, case conferences, and communication notes. Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
Documents care timely by meeting agency's standards of submission of documentation.
What We're Looking For
Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
Licensure: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of Texas
Certifications: Current ACLS or BLS certification.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting preferred;
Skills & Requirements: Experience performing heart, lung, and full physical assessments preferred; Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
